We may use reputable artificial intelligence (AI) tools, including Microsoft Copilot and similar technologies, to assist with:

  • Content drafting

  • Summarisation

  • Business operations

  • Note organisation

  • Thought leadership development

AI tools are not used to make decisions about clients.

AI-generated outputs are reviewed and validated through human judgement and are not relied upon without appropriate human oversight.

When using AI tools, we take reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary disclosure of personal or sensitive information and use platforms with appropriate privacy, security and confidentiality protections.

Where coaching is provided under a tripartite arrangement with an employer or sponsoring organisation, the scope of information sharing will be agreed and communicated in advance.
