My observations are shaped by more than three decades of experience in the legal profession, including leadership roles and my current role as CEO of RedeMont. They are also informed by coaching, ongoing learning and a deep curiosity about how individuals, teams and organisations adapt, develop and thrive.
I am particularly interested in the role of trust, connection, culture and human behaviour in creating meaningful outcomes, and in the opportunities and challenges presented by change across professional services and beyond.
