I'm Lee James, a leader, coach and lifelong student of growth, human potential and change.

I am currently CEO of RedeMont and have spent more than three decades working within the legal profession as a lawyer, leader and executive. Throughout my career, I have seen the importance of systems, structures and strategy in supporting organisational success. Yet I have always been most interested in the people behind them, how they connect, adapt, grow and work together to create meaningful outcomes.

My interest in coaching grew from a long-standing curiosity about human behaviour, leadership and change. I am particularly interested in what enables individuals, teams and organisations to thrive, and how trust, connection, culture and leadership shape meaningful and sustainable growth.

As technology continues to transform the way we live and work, I am increasingly interested in how professional services firms and their people can successfully navigate change. While new technologies create enormous opportunities, sustainable change depends on people developing the awareness, capability and confidence to adopt new ways of thinking and working.

Valesco Coaching is founded on the belief that growth is most powerful when it is connected to purpose, values and human potential. Through coaching, leadership development and thought leadership, I explore how individuals and teams can build greater self-awareness, strengthen connection and navigate change with confidence.

Through Valesco, I share reflections, insights and lessons drawn from leadership, coaching and lived experience. Whether through writing, coaching or leadership development, my aim is to walk alongside individuals and teams as they pursue growth that is purposeful, authentic and sustainable.
